Hon. Prince Solomon Wombo is a distinguished Nigerian politician, businessman, and community leader representing the Katsina-Ala, Ukum, and Logo Federal Constituency in the 10th National Assembly. A prominent political figure from the Sankera region of Benue State, his tenure is defined by a strong commitment to legislative advocacy, infrastructural development, and grassroots empowerment.
Born on April 4, 1966, Prince Solomon Wombo holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree. His early academic foundation and background in business prepared him for a robust career in public administration and corporate leadership.
Prior to his election to the National Assembly, Hon. Wombo built a solid reputation in governance at the state level. He notably served as the Special Adviser on Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs in Benue State, a role that deepened his connection to community leadership and local administration.
In 2023, he was elected to the Federal House of Representatives as a first-time lawmaker. Recognizing his administrative capability, he was appointed as a member of the influential House Committee on Appropriation.

The Federal College of Entrepreneurship and Skills Acquisition, Zaki-Biam (Establishment Bill)
The Federal University of Education, Katsina-Ala (Establishment Bill)
Amendments to the Agricultural Research Council of Nigeria Act, aimed at boosting agricultural productivity and research.
Affectionately dubbed the "Prince of Peace" by his constituents, Hon. Wombo’s development agenda spans security, human capital development, and infrastructural renewal across the Sankera axis. His key interventions include:
Security Advocacy: Consistently pushing for federal and state interventions to restore peace and security in Katsina-Ala, Ukum, and Logo.
Education & Youth Empowerment: Providing targeted scholarships for students from the Sankera area, alongside cash assistance and youth capacity-building programs.
Infrastructure: Facilitating local road construction, rehabilitation of critical electricity facilities, and distributing relief items to vulnerable groups.
In recognition of his philanthropic drives, community development initiatives, and political leadership, Hon. Wombo has been honored with several traditional titles and awards by community leadership across Benue State.
